Hi,
Please could someone give me a config for connecting a console port to an AUX port of a router.
I have a Pix FW console port connected to the AUX port of a Cisco router with a rollover cable with RJ45 connectors on each end.
I don't think any config is required on the FW, however I don't know what commands are required on the router.
Thanks,
Peter

Additionally, I am able to telnet to the Aux port 'telnet 10.10.10.1 2001', it responds 'Password OK'...
Thanks,
Peter

line aux 0
no exec
stopbit 1 <-- may not be needed, but I always put it in
login
I think that's it...but it's been a while and I don't have a reference in front of me.
