I have CCM 5.1 (linux) cluster and IPCCX premium 4.5 ( windows) server. This is still under installation.
I want to delete some agents created, but even if I deleted them from CCM, still apprears in IPCC resource list.
Is there any way to remove them ?

When a user is added with the ICD extension or deleted in CCM , there canbe a period of time, up to 10 minutes, before the synch thread runs . There may be agent login issues(delay in LDAP entries updation).The delay can be avoided by going to the Resource page in appadmin and listing the Resources.This will automatically execute the synch of the SQL DB to the LDAP data

beacuse its still in installation if you can re start ipccx box that will resolve.
The other option is in CRA admin page and run synchronize.

Hmm...I got the same problem a while ago. I did pretty much what you guys suggests, but the inactive agent still can't be deleted. It will take forever to refresh the page when you tried to delete them and it will eventually timeout.
No idea why it is like that...
