Auto-attendant Prompt corrupted

Hi,

We have Call Manager 4.2(3) and Auto-attendant configured in CRS 3.5. Suddenly when calling the main number we are not able to hear any welcome prompts.

The issue got resolved only when I deleted the prompts from the "Prompt management" menu, and uploaded these wav files once again. Now it's working fine.

Can anyone tell why this happens?
