Reporting Software for CallManager

We are on CM 4.1.3 and find the basic reporting native to the product inadequate. Can anyone suggest a third party product that can take the CM data output better reports? I can give specifics of what we are looking for but I was hoping just to find the names of the 2 or 3 players out there that people are using. And don't say RSI.


I have this problem too.

As Arc Solutions, we have a product ("Precision") that offers call reporting. Please let me know if you need any more details
