Can i, call recarder whit a 7911 ip phone? whit a Cisco CRS IPCC 4.0.5aSR1...

Yes, IPCC 4.0 can record and agent conversation that is using 7911 but you might not be able to do CAD Monitoring and Recording but you might have to enable Spanning to make it work because here is the snippet from the CRS 4.0 SRND"

For any deployment in which an agent desktop is the IP Phone Agent or any deployment in which the

desktop is a Cisco Agent Desktop or Cisco Supervisor Desktop and the associated phone is not a Cisco

IP Phone 7940, 7941, 7960, 7961, or 7970, SPAN port monitoring and recording is the required

deployment model.

However I tend to remember the CAD method working but that install was a while back and I cant remember for sure. One way or the other it should work.
