Hi.

From the command line:

net stop crmdmgtd

net start crmdmgtd

If you still are unable to log in after this, let me know and we'll troubleshoot further.

open a DOS box an issue the command

'net stop crmdmgtd'

this could take a long time to complete (up to 5 min)

If you get the prompt back still wait for another 3 min and the do

net start crmdmgtd

Even the prompt will come back quickly the databases need to be up and running, so wait 10 min and check the status of all CiscoWorks processes after that time with 'pdshow'

When you get a list with all the processes the main part of CiscoWorks is up and running again.

Thanks!! I tried stopping and restarting the CW Daemon Service and I got this message:

Could not connect to the JRUN Connector Proxy...Please contact your system admin...

What should I do?

Thanks again,

strange...let's try this:

Place the service

"Apache Webserver" on "Manual".

Try running the following from the command prompt:

cd $NMSROOT\setup\support

resetCasuser.exe

After this, reboot your LMS server and verify if the LMS application is starting up. Please do know that it can take up to 15 mins for LMS to completely start up.

Please let me know how this goes.

Thank you for all of your suggestions.

We just waited 15 minutes for the databases to restart. Everything is up now. Thanks again!
