Upgrade from 4.1.2 to 5.1.2

Hello,

We recently upgraded our CCM 4.1.2 to CUCM 5.1.2.

The IP Phone services are not working any longer and this is causing big issue with other product. We will relocarte them in the end but my main concerne is to make them disappear from the phones.


Is it there a way to unsubscribe all the XML services from all the phones without deleting them or do I have to delete them all to make them disappear from the phones ?


I tried BAT but I don't see such an option.

When upgrading to new PIX code, always step up to the next platform by one. For example, if you are currently running version 4.1.2 and you want to upgrade to 5.1.2 , you would step to 4.1(6) , verify a successful upgrade, then upgrade to 4.2(5) verify again, then upgrade to 4.3(2) and so on until you have upgraded to 5.1(2). Stepping through different codes helps transition the PIX commands and the activation key between different code classes.
