RME-Inventory fails with "SnmpAgentLoopException"

Hi,

Inventory collection is failing for a 2620XM router running 12.3(1). RME is 4.0.5 running on LMS 2.6

I turned up the debugging for IC Server and the IC Server log shows this message (Complete log attached)

Hi.

I think you're running into bug CSCdx01536 where some objects in Entity-MIB are not getting populated.

This is an IOS issue rather than a problem with RME. This bug should have the fix in 12.3(4)T and later versions of IOS.

Once you've moved to a version of IOS with the fix, you should no longer see this issue with Inventory Collection.
