about wireless aironet 1100 software disabled and hardware down

cisco 1100 software was be disabled,and hardware down. But i can telnet 10.0.0.1, How to sovle it? To enable the dot11radio.

You will have to login to the access point to enable the dot11radio under the interfaces menu. If this doesnt work hard reset the the access point and enable the dot11 interface again. Resetting will make you loose the configuration. Make sure configuration is backedup.
