Hi!

Is there a way to allow callers to directly enter the extension number while greetings is being played instead of enterring the Last Name

I am using Cisco Unity Connection 1 and call manager 4.

yes on the Subscribers > Subscribers > Greetings page in the SA, check the Allow caller input checkbox.

This is checked by default.

I've allowed to input in call handler.But extensions with no voicemail are rejected at prompt. Why ?

Sorry for the late reply, I am not sure what you mean by extensions with no voicemail. Do you mean callhandlers? What is the setup exactly and what happens exacty? I can help.
