2811 router Ping, Trace, Telnet from outside

Hi Folks,

I have a 2811 router in which I have configured one of interface for Metro Ethernet connectivity to Service Provider.

The problem is that I am not able to access in respect to Ping, Trace or Telnet from outside (on Fast Ethernet where Metro Ethernet is connected), though traffic is very much passing through Tunnels created in this router.

Even, I get verified by Cisco output interpreter but no problem found in buffer/memory.

Adding to that, from inside I am very much able to access router.

Can anyone pl suggest some solution to overcome this issue.

"Not able to ping, trace or telnet", can u pls share the output of png & trace from outside towards LAN.
