I have a client that has the following problems:
New Call Manager Server does not allow remote site TAPI applications to work properly with locally registerd devices in it's Device Pool..
The TAPI plugin is installed on the ACD server so the ACD server can talk TAPI to my Call Manager servers. This works about 75% when connecting to a phone from the ACD server but does not work 100%. The 25% is the problem.
When this phones are registered with another subscriber, they work fine with the ACD server.
