TAPI problems with Callmanager and ACD server

I have a client that has the following problems:

New Call Manager Server does not allow remote site TAPI applications to work properly with locally registerd devices in it's Device Pool..

The TAPI plugin is installed on the ACD server so the ACD server can talk TAPI to my Call Manager servers. This works about 75% when connecting to a phone from the ACD server but does not work 100%. The 25% is the problem.

When this phones are registered with another subscriber, they work fine with the ACD server.

This issue is tracked in Cisco bug ID CSCef36843.

Note: This bug tracks the failure to re-register, but it does not address the issue that caused the port to un-registrater in the first place. Anything that causes Cisco Unity in the MIU and later to pause could cause the initial problem. The initial problem may still need resolved once the this bug is resolved.
