Is there any way to log events from a border router (internet routable IP), to our MARS box, which is on the inside of our network (private IP)?
If so, what would the logging commands be for this?

This assumes a Cisco router. You'll need to make sure there are no ACL's or firewall rules preventing syslog (udp port 514).
