Connecting 2 ISP's to an ASA5510

How do I go about connecting 2 ISP's to 1 ASA5510 with 4 interfaces. I DO NOT want failover or redundacy. I want access to both ISP's. We have a flat network on the inside. All pc's and servers have a STATIC address assigned to them (172.16.x.x). We are running version 8.0.2 on the ASA5510 in ROUTED mode. Our one ISP, from Stratus Wave, has one external static IP address assigned to it the other ISP is a comcast broadband connection using DHCP assigned addresses. What exactly do I have to do to get this to work if it is possible. Thank you in advance!

You can connect two ISP's to ASA but this will be for redundancy purpose ,for this following link may help you

However if you want to use both of the ISP's simultaneously and do load balancing you can use a router in front of ASA and connect the ISP's to the router and the router to the ASA.
