Unity Errors

Unanswered Question

Users stopped recieving email in their Exchange inbox as well as on their phone. Looking at the unitydignostic event viewer it is riddled with errors 10001, 119, 100, and 139. One thing odd is in Event 100 is: Exception occured and handled. File: e:\Views\cs_CU4.0.4.221\un_Doh1\Doh\Src\AvDohSession.cpp at Line: 1770 - Error: 0x5ECBCD4D AvDohSvr.dll: <unknown... the odd thing is that my E: drive is my cd drive (which is empty). Phones and everything else seems to be working ok. Can anyone help please!

The E: drive that the logs are referring to are irrelevant. The drive the computer that unity was compiled on at Cisco was E: this is documented in the book cisco Unity Deployment and solutions guide.

First look in event viewer to see if you can see what might be causing the problem.

then you need to look to see if all exchange services and unity services are running.
