An automated program or device (like MARS) naturally waits for a response from a Cisco device while interacting. It works during ssh or telnet session, but it doesn't if you make a connection via terminal server.
Generally, the trouble persists due to the nature of console port: unless you type any key in a session (I mean being connected via rollover cable to console port) no response will be given by any Cisco device.
So the main question is How to make a Cisco device answer while establishing a connection to its console port. The main problem is that we can't change behavior of a program (in a way like send 'CR' or something by it), but we can configure anything at Terminal Server (Cisco 2811) and/or at console port of a Cisco device
P.S.: The tested solutions are most welcome.
