The Cisco Unity Express Software comes preloaded on the AIM-CUE module. You will definitely need to configure the ip address & subnet for the CUE module. There are a few more commands you will need to add to the service module interface.
You will need to bind the service-engine to an interface.
Set a default gateway which should be the ip address of the router.
Set up a default route to the service-engine.
These steps are documented in more detail at:
Once you have these commands configured in the router's IOS. You can session to the CUE login and allow it to go through its initial boot configuration.
To session to the CUE type:
"service-module service-engine
After these steps are completed you should be able to acces the CUE via a web browser.

The CUE should come with software preloaded.
However the installation is not so easy like put an ip address and go http.
Please read the CUE installation guide for, you will have to do "service-module connect", then answer complete the initial installation script, after that you will be able to continue via http.
hope this helps, please rate post if it does!
