Ideally a 3825 has 4 HWIC slots which means you can populate 4 such cards without the need for any additional hardware
The 3825 also has NM slots (One sigle wide and the other Extended single wide) which can be populated with 3 x NM-2W which again gives you 2 WIC slots per module
SO you can install 10 such modules
