Hi, we have a remote router but we don't know the routers password. We have the username and enable password and the snmp string. Can we do anything remotely to find out the password for the username? We just want to telnet into it.

This product allows you to recover the password with SNMP string:

Hi just tried that tool, It seems to want the encrypted key. I can't get on the router to get this. All I know is the username, the enable password and I have read only snmp which I know too. It's just that password for the username.

You need R/W SNMP in order to change the password. I'm afraid you will have to perform password recovery and you will need assistance from someone local at that site.
