Call Dropping while agent is talking

we are running IPCC enterprise with CVP 3.1 ICM 7.0 and callmanager 4.1sr2 when the caller calls every thing goes right and call is transfered to agent while the agent is in talking mode the call gets dropped, is there any one have any idea abt this issue

Hi Rasheed,


the warning is for a duplicate extension and secon of all the PIM is complaining it hasn't a device target configured for the agent you are trying to route to, please check your config.


In the event you still have a similar trouble please proceed raising a TAC Service Request, it is better suited for this kind of questions.
