Solved: Differences between LAN Lite & LAN Base software

Hi all, I am looking at the 2960-24-S and 2960-24TC-L switches and was just wondering what are the major differences between the two?

I found these two sites:

But haven't really noticed any massive differences between the two. Both provide authentication, ACLs, QoS, etc. Any information would be much appreciated.
