Hi,
We are using CME. The problem is the phone is not showing the name of the user on the phone. It just shows the main number and extension. I have checked the config and it looks fine on CME.

How does the configuration "looks fine" ?
Which version of CME are you using ?

Are these calls ip phone to ip phone calls or are they external to ip phone calls?
Also make sure you have the "name" field defined under "ephone-dn" command.
