CCM:Caller-ID will not Display while ringing

Hi,

We are running CCm 4.1(3).

We are facing a problem,When the teleoperator receives any incoming Calls ,(while ringing) Display shows as Voicemail(xxxx) in place of Caller-Id. But as soon as she picks up the call, Caller-ID will be Displyed.

Please some one help me out!!!

My thought would be that Unity is transferring the call from a zero out option. Since the transfer is coming from an Unity port, you will see that port number. Once the transfer is complete, you get the original caller's CID.

Set the Unity system to do a blind transfer, instead of a supervised transfer.
