Hi,
I have Call Manager 5.1. I am planning to create H.323 trunks to Polycom Video Conferencing stations and want to reserve specific DSP resources for this. Can anyone tell me how should I design this like , what could be the device pool, what region and where it should be assigned.
And for suppose I am going to have 30 Video Conferencing Stations how many sessions I should configure under the "dspfarm" profile in my router?
Thanks,
Manu

Traditional voice dsps won't help you. DSPs on a router don't support video, at least last I checked.
You need to get a 3511.

Hi,
Infact these endpoints are registered to the Call Manager only for Call Processing. We have separate MCU's for conferencing functionality.
My doubt was whether we have to reserve any DSP's for this video calls or not?
Thanks,
Manu
