AC remote agent

HI Guys,

I have installed the ACS Remote Agent on my AD Controller. I can add the agent to ACS.... but i cannot see the Windows authentication avaiable in the agent..

The Agent is running with a service account that has full AD rights.

Anyone able to help??

does the version of Remote Agent and ACS match?

you can find the version of Remote Agent from DOS command prompt,

\bin\csagent.exe -v

If we have same version on ACS SE and RA, then is there any firewall in between blocking,

TCP 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007?
