HI Guys,

I have installed the ACS Remote Agent on my AD Controller. I can add the agent to ACS.... but i cannot see the Windows authentication avaiable in the agent..

The Agent is running with a service account that has full AD rights.

Anyone able to help??

Make sure that software ver of appliance and remote agent are same.

To view the version of CSAgent.exe, type csagent.exe -v and press Enter from command prompt

C:\Program Files\Cisco\CiscoSecure ACS Agent\csagent

Thanks for that... The Agent was running 4.1 but ACS was runnig 4.1 (23) wouldn't have thought such a small difference mattered but it does.
