Hi Guys,

I am installing the Cisco Unified Communications Manager version 5.1(1b)and my customer ask the installation the Equipment of Conference "SoundStation IP 3000 - Polycom and I don?t have idea what kind of device is classify in CCM. I don?t know configure this equipmente. Some have any idea?

I checked out the Polycom website and it looks like it supports both H.323 & SIP. If you go the SIP route you can register it to Call Manager as a 3rd Party SIP endpoint.
