Hi there,
In another problem with my recent IPMA shared line configuration on call manager 4.1. The IPMA assistant console client doesn't start and comes back with the following error message in the logs,
ERROR!! Unable to retrieve server locale master file Versions
I have changed the locales in the assistant's and manager's user profiles to English United States and then reloaded IPMA service from tomcat however it still doesn't work. Please see the attachment with the complete logs, it is the first time I'm trying this configuration
Any help will be much appreciated,

In order to fix this problem, complete these steps:
Delete and re-add the IPMA configuration for that manager.
Make sure that Shared Lines is checked.
Restart IPMA through the Apache Tomcat client.
Reset the phone of that manager.
