both device can ping each other (same subnet)
CallManager IP: 192.168.160.1
on the callmanager gateway:
device name: 192.168.160.249
device pool: default
call classification : use system default
MTU: uncheched
MPE IP: 192.168.160.249
on the MPE H.323 configuration:
H.323 Enavle: Yes
E.164 add: 2000
H.323: Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express
Local H.323 Port: 1720
Gatekeeper: No
H.323 gateway1: 192.168.160.1
the problem is on the callmanager gateway list, the status of the H.323 gateway is "Not Found" tried to reset it but the same problem occured.

H.323 Gateways do not register to Call Manager as you might see with MGCP. H.323 is a peer to peer protocol therefore you are going to see the "Not Found" message in Call Manager.
If both devices can ping each other than that is a good sign. Again since H.323 is a peer to peer protocol you are not going to know if it is working exactly right unless you try to make a call. Set up a route pattern and point it to the H.323 gateway.
Meeting Place should answer.
