CCM configuration when i'am using Unity for AA

I'm configuring the automated attendant(AA) using unity 4.1.

My integration between callmanager5.1 and unity4.1 is ok now. And call handler configuration on unity is complete.

my question is that on callmanager what should i configure to route the external call whose destination is our company main telephone number to the unity's call handler?

need i create a CTI Route Point, give it a DN, and set CFA on the DN to the voicemail ?

or add a line whose directory number is the general number of the company and then select the option "forward all to the voicemail" in the line configuration page ? so all of the external calls whose destination is the general number will be forwarded to the unity ?

I want to how is the call routed from CCM to AA.

Hi Gilin,

I think the recommended method would be to setup a CTI Route Point for the Main # pointed to Unity.
