Capture & redirect misconfigured clients

Occasionally,we have guests show up that have static ip assignments that would in their home or office networks, but do not match our network ip ranges.

I am thinking of some ways to enable them to be detected & redirected so that they can still surf the internet without having to reconfigure their PCs. I know Cisco sells a product that deals with this, but I was wondering if it can done with a combination of subnet stacking in vlans, pbr, NAT, proxy arp, etc.

Typically we see a lot of clients come in that have 192.168.x.x configurations. We could even redirect dns requests to remote servers as well.

Theoretically, I think it is doable, but I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and/or solution.

I have this problem too.
