How do you change the B channel selection of a PRI to top down when in SRST mode?

B channel selection should not really depend on if you are in SRST mode or not since selection is determined by the serial interface.
The command to change the select on PRI from top-down is:
isdn bchan-number-order decending

It does matter when it is an MGCP gateway and callmanger is in control of the gateway.
