In the event of a RONA, is there any information available to me on the RONA call that would lead me to what agent caused the RONA to occur. I would like to somehow write the agents extension into one of my variables anytime a RONA call is generated.

Do some Database Dip, the "Ringtime" field on the Termination_Call_Detail Database should give you a hint (rigtime=RONA time and talktime=0)

After the RONA event, I think the only thing you could grab would be: Call.RequeryStatus and put that in a call var.
