FAX using ATA(SCCP) on CME4.1 able to send not recvie

Hi all ,

I m using ATA(SCCP) for FAX on CME 4.1 in 2 sites.i m using a ISDN PRI and am able to send fax , but at one site i get fax every third or 4th time other times i get as No fax detected on the FaX machine.at the second site im not getting any fax at all.Please check my configs attached.

the pri lines gives me a error msg on debug isdn q931

Oct 10 10:26:31.141: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 **ERROR**: call_progress: DEV_CONNECTED VOICE ERROR: Bearer capability not available(0x3A): b channel 0 call id 0x45

Hi,

can you send output of "show controllers e1", you need to check for any slips and the correct "network-clock" configuration.

beside this, the safest configuration for fax is an FXS port in the router. Someone also reccomends H.323 instead of SCCP for the ATA.
