Cisco 350 ap's and symbol rf units

Recently added WPA2 and wlans in our test lab to 350's and now rf units are having issues staying connected and timing out.

Logging history reports following message constantly:

Interface Dot11Radio0, Deauthenticating Station Reason: Disassociated because sending station is leaving (or has left) BSS

I have this problem too.

What were you using before you went to WPA2 and was it working with the rf units? Are you doing WPA2 Preshared? For basic testing, I would make sure the rf devices work without encryption, then configure it for wpa w/tkip and give that a shot. If that works then configure wpa2 w/AES and make sure your devices have the latest approved driver from the manufacturer. Also you should talk with symbol and see if they have any recommendations for you.
