Unanswered Question

Hi all,

I am taking my CCNA (801) exam next friday and was brushing up on some questions in the prep centre. Question 27 in the first ICND module asked which are two (2) private ip addresses

a: 10.215.34.124

b: 127.16.71.43

c: 172.17.10.10

d:255.200.15.10

I chose answers:

a (10.215.34.124) as class A private ip address range from 10.0.0.0 to 10.255.255.255

c (172.17.10.10) as the clas B private ip address range from 172.16.0.0 to 172.31.255.255

This marked me wrong and said that answers b and c are the correct answers.

am I wrong??

I have this problem too.

I agree, (a) and (c) are correct.

Was that in the Cisco prep centre? If the Cisco prep center contains such an error, what chance of getting a real CCNA fairly marked?

That was my thoughts exactly - how do you know that the exams have the right answers??? Do the Cisco guys moderate these discussions? I might try to get in touch with them to ask them if the answers are incorrect
