Hello,
We will be implementing CCM4.2.(3)sr2 on an MCS7845H1 platform running OS v4.3a SR9. I recently completed a class with one of the Cisco learning partners but unfortunately, it was on the 5.0 platform and my particular questions weren't addressed. The instructors weren't familiar with the version we will be implementing.
Can the appliance be configured to use RADIUS for authentication when an administrator logs in to make changes to the CCM?
What sort of accounting data are available for the commands/changes that are entered by the CCM admin?
And can someone point me to working links that outline Veritas agent support?
Thanks.

RADIUS is not supported for ccm administrator authentication.

Radius cannot be implemented, but you can enable Multilevel Authentication with CM4.x and 5.x. You can also integrate both platforms with AD if you would like.
I would also strongly consider moving to the 5.x or 6.x platform. Most of the development is being built around these versions.
Thank you,
Jon
