what kind of license i need?

Hello! I will buy cisco unified contact center express premium 4.5 with 30 USERS and 50 IVR. Can i buy License only for 30 USERS or I need to buy License for 80 USERS? Thanks!

Hi,

With IPCCX Premium, whem you buy a Cisco Agent License, Cisco provides you with 2 IVR Ports free. So, if you purchase 30 agent licenses, you will have 60 IVR ports.

If you need additional ports, you will need to purchas additional agent Licenses: one more agent two more ports.
