record voice call

please i have customer need to be able to record the voice call that done .

so if anyone can advice me with any suggestion or application

I have this problem too.

You have not stated what system you are using for your voice ie CME or CM etc. Cistera do call recording for Cisco voice solutions . There are others as well such as Nice etc

If you speak to your Cisco SE or CAM they should be able to provide details on Call Recording solutions recommended for use with Cisco.
