Hi,
Does anyone have the settings required for an FXO port using a BT phone line?
My FXO port is remaining offhook when calls have been disconnected...
Hope someone can help!
Thanks,
Peter.

Look at this document:

You can try the "dualtone midcall" approach with cptone uk, but ofen doesn't work and you still have to configure the frequencies explicitly.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Thanks for you reply,
I was hoping that someone might be able to tell me the exact frequency settings etc.
Someone here must have configured FXO for BT in the UK!
Please, I don't want to mess around too much trying different solutions, I've been here before and it was a slow process...just give me the commands! ;)
Thanks,

Hope someone can fill in there with the exact settings. However in my experience there is no substitute for doing things yourself.
You can find the tones definitions at:

Thanks, I've got that page bookmarked! Its very useful.
I don't have too much time for testing unfortunately, hence the request for speedy results!
best regards,
Peter
