Hi, all

I just passed my CCNA and allready studying for CCVP. I would love some help on how to install CCM and what kind of server does it need. Like can i use normal PC or does it have to be a dedicated server if it is what servers are supported/needed?

And any other info which you think might be usefull please.

Many many thanks.

I have this problem too.

I would suggest using VMWARE so you can reset the image back to scratch anytime that you like. Yes, you can use a normal PC, but make sure you have a lot of RAM available.

We currently run THREE VMWare images on our servers:

1) CCM Pub w/ IPCC Express

1) CCM Sub

1) Unity

All three images run on a single server at the same time. (Dell 1850s mainly)

Our servers have 4GB of memory and dual processors.

thanks,

Hi Brad,

Many thanks for your reply.

I just could not remember how to get back here to check this, hence it has taken me a while to find it and respond.

Thanks again.
