Unity was unable to UC

Hi, when i adding a new user from Import Existing Domino User, the Unity show me the follow message:..error 0x80004005...

Pls, see the attachment.

And, the event viewer say:

Event Type: Error

Event Source: CiscoUnity_DSDomino

Event Category: Error

Event ID: 1041

Date: 17/10/2007

Time: 12:22:28

User: N/A

Computer: UNITY


Unity was unable to UC enable a user on the Domino server (error = 80004005). Verify that the Unity account has at least editor access to the admin4 database and if the permissions are correct, there may be additional information in the DsDomino diagnostics.

Any idea? ...where is the DsDomino diagnostics tool?

The doc says "Domino Directory Monitor Diagnostic Traces

You use the Unity Diagnostic Tool to set micro traces for the Domino directory monitor. The micro traces to enable are in the DSDomino group.

Flags To Enable

•If the creation, modification, and/or deletion of subscriber accounts, distribution lists, and/or location objects in the Cisco Unity Administrator fails, then enable flags, 00, 11, 12, and 17."
