I have a customer who wants IP phone users to be able to connect/call to their intercom/paging system. Is this as simple as attaching the analog intercom system to an ATA adapter? If their is something more complicated, can someone point me to documentation. Intercom/Paging system is Clasic Series by Bogen

This is for CCM 4.1(3)

Yes although I would recommend you connect the paging system to an FXO port on a router instead, if you have that option.

Can you tell me why an FXO is recommended? The system i'll be integrating is a Borden paging system with the Telephone Access Module (which i'll attach to ATA/FXS or FXO is that's the way to go).
thanks for your help.

Just verified customer has an available FXS port (so no ATA needed). But if an FXO is prefered, we can recommend that.
