Call drop in the middle of ICM translation route

Unanswered Question

We are testing ICM call flow, the call exits from customer IVR, and ICM does translation route to CVP for further treatment, so IVR sends call from PSTN to ingress gateway, then CVP. However call is dropped in every time in ingress voice gateway, we can see the disconnect comes from PSTN side in just 1 second, but as we talked to telco provider, they said they don't see alert signal back, so drop the call.

We tested with other scenario, like, send these number directly to CCM/IP phone, that works well.

We also have a lab environment, which use different gateway 2821, and it works well with translation route.

I wonder if anyone see this issue before?

Could you provide the details fo the debug and the runnign config on the gateway?
