I have a 1721 router with 12.3. I have filtered out tcp ports 139 and 135. Can I also filter out hostnames ending with .tw and hinet.net? These hosts are sending me a ton of e-mails.

You can't filter by name. You should be able to filter those hostnames at your EMail server though (and is a better place to do it).
