UCCX 4-5 using Cisco Agent Desktop 6.2(1) disable Pop-ups?

What is the method to disable Pop to Front for CAD 6.2(1) in UCCX 4-5? Alt-P ? Stealth Mode? I donÂ’t have a Agent Desktop to test -jason

Not sure if this is what you mean but by default, the Agent Desktop interface is minimized when idle and appears when

calls are present (Normal mode). You can change this behavior mode using the

Preferences dialog box. Access the Preferences dialog box by clicking the

Preferences button on the toolbar.

NOTE: If the system administrator configures your toolbar so that the Preferences button is hidden, you will not be able to change the

window behavior mode.

Normal (Default). The window appears when calls are present and minimizes when idle.

Keep open. The window remains open when idle.

Always on top. The window remains open when idle and on top of all other open applications.

Stealth. The window appears as an icon in the system tray (lower right-hand corner of your desktop, next to the system clock) and doesnÂ’t appear unless double-clicked or if you receive a team performance m
