Creating a dial plan on CUCM4.2.3

Hope is all well. I've been looking for documentation on how to create new dial plans on CUCM 4.2.3. I manage a cluster in Sao Paulo for two offices which should be expanded to support other offices in Brazil as we move them to IPT/VoIP and maybe some other sites in South America.

I'm aware Cisco provides some IDPs but my CCO currently lists as guest so I cannot try them (I need to check with my Cisco reseller about expanding rights on it).

The CUCM documentation I have looked so far didn't include procedures (tried PDFs and help on CCMAdmin).

Try www.cisco.com/go/srnd

and look at the 4.x SRND for callmanager. There is a chapter on Dialplans to get you started.

Thanks a lot, I have skimmed it and found more details over CUCM parts I don't understand completely yet.
