understanding isdn message

We had an issue that some users where experiencing intermittend fast busy

i ran a debug and saw this message. I suspect that some channels where out of service.... any one seen this?

Change Status i = 0xC1 - maintenance

Called Party Number i = 0xA1,

'XXXXXXX'

Plan:ISDN, Type:National

1019214: Oct 17 09:02:55 PDT: ISDN Se4/0/1:23 Q931: TX -> DISCONNECT pd = 8 cal

lref = 0x074D

Cause i = 0x8090 - Normal call clearing

1019215: Oct 17 09:02:55 PDT: ISDN Se4/0:23 Q931: RX <- SERVICE pd = 3 callref

= 0x00

Change Status i = 0xC1 - maintenance

Channel ID i = 0xE9808397

Exclusive, Interface 0, Channel 23

1019216: Oct 17 09:02:55 PDT: ISDN Se4/0:23 Q931: RX <- CALL_PROC pd = 8 callre

what do you get when you do a sh isdn service?

what does that command show?

It shows the current channel status and state.

The first row tells you if a channel is in use or idle

The second row tells you which channels are in service or out of service

Yes, some part of the debug is missing but it seems so. Ask telco if they are aware of that.

If you are connected to a dms-100 switch, you can also ask that service messages are not to be sent.
