Hi - When I need to forward a voice message to another extension, I press 5 after the message and am asked to record an introduction. No sooner do I begin speaking than I am cut off with a beep. No time to actually do the intro. I've looked for a setting that controls the length and cannot find one. Any ideas?
In Admin page, open Subscribers, then call transfer, check "no(send directly to subscriber greeting)", now it should work.
